Robert Half United Arab Emirates Hiring for HR Operations Manager – French speaking preferred Job at Dubai Full Time

The Company

Robert Half are working with an established e-commerce organisation to recruit a dynamic and dedicated HR Operations Manager to develop and implement extensive HR systems that will support and drive this constantly evolving business. You absolutely must have experience setting up complex HR functions with in depth knowledge of the many HRIS on offer.

The Role

• Implement HRIS and best in market HR tools to create an efficient and effective HR function that is tailored to this cutting edge business
• Automate as many processes as possible in order to standardise the HR process
• Set up policies and procedures that can be implemented across the globe – knowledge of different European labour laws is required (France is preferred)
• Work closely with the Legal team to create process for contracts, visas and recording data
• Ensure all new starts have a seamless joining process – candidate and employee experience should be at the forefront of everything you do
• Create a strong culture with a focus on connecting people – with remote working feeling a part of the team can be difficult, you should come up with innovative ideas that can yield the best results
• Implement accessible tools that encourage continuous growth to ensure staff are engaged and feel valued

The Candidate

• At least 3 years experience in HR Ops with a strong focus on HRIS
• Experience in a start up is required
• You must be an executer who is results orientated as you will be joining a high pressured environment
• Proven experience in implementing systems for a growing business
• Extremely digitally savvy with a passion for HR – you simply must be well versed in the newest and best HR processes in order to bring cutting edge ideas to the business
• Ambition and a desire to be the best is a must for this role
