The Sales Officer (Personal Loan) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong long-lasting relationships with customers and engages them to understand their financial needs and provide thoughtful solutions. Sales Officer must have management skills. We offer competitive pay (salary plus commission) and excellent benefits.
- Manage a portfolio and provide a high level of service resulting in client retention and sales growth.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of loans to a satisfactory level between bank and borrower.
- Analyze financial information and apply sound underwriting to make credit decisions.
- Know/follow the banks’ loan policies and ensure members are following policies.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline.
Must have management skills.
1 – 2 years related successful U.A.E Banking experience.
