At TK Elevator UAE, you will be supporting the HR & Admin Department in the following activities:

Activities of the Department:

• Employee Personal Files
• Onboarding and Off boarding
• Pre Recruitment process
• Maintaining HRMS data

Job Description/Tasks

Reports to the HR & Admin Manager and support the HR team.

. Supporting L&D

• Maintaining and creating employee’s personal files
• Support in creating and validating the joining formalities
• Support in creating visa process
• Support in off-boarding process

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor students in BBA, preferable with HR
• Fluent in Arabic and English
