AECOM is seeking a Workday Systems Business Analyst to be based anywhere AECOM has a presence including, but not limited to, the United Kingdom, Europe, United States, South Africa, Poland, or United Arab Emirates. Additionally, this position provides the flexibility to work from a virtual / home location. Candidates must be willing to work schedules equal to local time zones in Europe.
Job Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, the following:
In this role the person will be required to provide system expertise to HR teams and the business pertaining to the use of Workday. The role is also a critical link in gathering business requirements for required system development for issue resolutions and enhancements. The role will facilitate UAT testing and knowledge transfer with the local HR team and cross-functional support teams.
