Great opportunity for an ambitious junior lawyer (NQ 2 PQE) to join the corporate practice of an international firm in their Dubai office.
The role will cover all manner of corporate and commercial transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, capital raising, franchise and distribution structures, agency arrangements, restructurings and reorganisations with particular expertise in the hospitality, health care, industrial, technology and energy sectors.
Regional experience, whether that be done as part of your trainign contract or someone already on the ground would be preferable hwoever, strong lawyers from key overseas markets are encouraged to get in touch.
