Front Arena Support, Technical, English Speaking
WORK PERMITS CAN BE ORGANISED IF REQUIRED
Client is based in United Arab Emirates – Dubai
Provide effective Technical support for Front Arena application for Front, Middle and Back Office users – ensure issues are appropriately documented, tracked, addressed and resolved in a timely manner as per Service Level Agreements with strict adherence to the client & Business guidelines and compliance requirements. Work closely and communicate effectively with business users as well as software vendors on solution delivery and issue resolution. Maintain Front Arena custom code owned by bank and do changes as and when required by Business/Projects.
Experience:
- Good experience of support and development experience in FIS- Front Arena Treasury application.
Specialist skills required for the job:
- Good Functional knowledge on banking concepts.
- Must have Basic understanding of Treasury business and Workflow.
- Must have strong experience in FIS Front Arena application L1/L2 support.
- Hands on experience in Front Arena development (with AEL, ACM, ADFL, Reporting customizations and Adaptive Documentation) is mandatory.
- Experience and understanding of typical software development life cycles and best practices.
- Should be well versed in SQL and Python3 coding
- Good interpersonal skills.
