About the role

The sales coordinator will handle after-sales activities as highlighted in the detailed job description, acting as a liason between the sales teams and customers and ensure deliverables are met on time and within company policy.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• 2 – 3 years of experience in similar roles as a Sales coordinator
• Arabic language
• Be located in Dubai
• Have your own transportation

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• In-depth knowledge of the market in the region will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

• Provide support to the sales force to achieve forecast – back-office support including but not limited to liaising with Finance, Service, IT, Warranty, CML, Supply Chain, Marketing and other departments.
• Accurate entry of sales orders and processing in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Process out bound delivery in compliance with policies and procedures – eg. only after written customer confirmation and approved Finance release.
• Limit turn backs
• Ensure Invoices and SOA sent to customers in time and follow up of AR payment.
• Document processing and filing in an orderly manner (warranty certificate, letter of origin, power factor letter, proforma invoices…)
• Warranty coordination
• Update renewed Trade license copies for each customer.
• Comply with company’s code of ethics and complete all online trainings.
• Backlog update
