Roles and Responsibilities

Role: Marketing Manager

Reporting to: MD & Managing Partner

Location: Dubai, UAE

Preference: Dubai Based Candidates.

Annual Salary: AED 84,000 to 1,08,000 (can be stretched for Exceptional Candidates)

The client is a UK-based consumer goods business focused specifically on fragrances and personal care.

Job Description:

• Formulating strategies for all marketing activities including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
• Responsible for maintaining the promotional calendar to achieve top line for the business.
• Oversee and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints: product packaging, marketing materials, website, and media channels.
• Working with our design team (internal) and product team (external) to continuously develop and enhance product range and brand image.
• Liaise with sales teams to understand their marketing needs and requirements for each market.
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual marketing budgets for the Marketing department.
• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have at least 5 years of Experience in Marketing and Branding.
• Work experience as Marketing Manager for FMCG/ Beauty/ Cosmetics/ Perfumes and similar product lines.
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns
• Any Graduate/ MBA
