ESAG Hiring for Finance Executive Job at Dubai Full Time

• Data/entry of all financial transactions & Analysis of the same.
• Assisting in preparing Monthly MIS along with a report on performance to the line manager
• Providing external & internal audit with all requested information to complete the audit in a timely manner
• Ensure timely receipts of income and timely payment to vendors including zero delays in VAT & Tax payments
• Assisting in preparing P&L forecasts and cash flow forecasts
• Coordinating with payroll service providers for employee salaries
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns in UK via the service provider
• Monthly Intercompany reconciliations & third party reconciliations
• Liaising & monitoring with service providers in UK for smooth running of operations.
• Assisting in preparing budgets and monitoring the same throughout the year

Accounting & Controlling

• Data/entry of all financial transactions & Analysis of the same.
• Assisting in preparing Monthly MIS along with a report on performance to the line manager
• Providing external & internal audit with all requested information to complete the audit in a timely manner

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• ACCA preferred or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in accounting/finance. Real Estate and investment experience background preferred.
• Well versed with SAP
• Experience with financial reporting requirements. IFRS, UK GAAP
• Experience with VAT & Tax filing
• Experience in end to end cycle of accounting. From data entry to closing of accounts
• Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
