A Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Officer, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Human Resources Officer will also be required to manage team member accommodation and employee government relations related task. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Organizes, coordinates and manage all matters related to team member accommodation and ensures it conducted in accordance with the accommodation policy and procedure.
• Maintains accurate records of housing allocation and assist in carrying out accommodation inspection.
• Handle and maintain welcome pack preparations and distribution for new team members.
• Assist in checking and maintaining team member facilities such as cafeteria, lockers, notice board and etc.
• Assist in the planning and execution of various HR programs and initiatives. Coordinate social activities, create materials and presentation and provide ongoing support and follow up in project timelines.
• Carry out fire and safety evacuation procedures and comply with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy.
• Responsible for all applications related to visas, OHC and medical applications for team members.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Human Resources Manager or DHR.
