GCEC Trading LLC Hiring for Female Book keeper Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for a female book keeper and accountant with minimum of two years of experience of book keeping, Excel and as accountant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing payments, income and receipts and entering data into Excel, or databases then filing hard copies
• Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
• Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
• Completing VAT returns
• Verifying the accuracy of business accounts
• Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
• Preparing employee wages
• Managing employee expense claims
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Audit financial transactions and documents

• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Education, Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of book keeping and accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Previous bookkeeping experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
