We are looking for an experienced Steel Structure / Aluminum Fabrication Sales representative. Applicant must have good organizational skills, able to follow direction and safety rules. Applicant must have 5-10 years (UAE) of sheet metal fabrication experience / scrap selling. Must work well with others with a team attitude.
· Sheetmetal/scrap sales representative is the responsible to guide and help our customer in the acquisition of our services, growth new costumer targets. Also develop sales strategies sources and new sales opportunities.
· Must have a proven sales track record within the steel structural works, Aluminum work.
· Ideally getting project for Steel shed, canopy, parking shed, ladders, staircase, handrails, curtain wall, glass partition and cladding Work etc.
· Capable of generating new business and Comfortable with working in a competitive environment. Should be commercially sound, new business hunter to get more business from current clients and bring in more business from new client.
· Candidate should deliver the monthly and annual sales targets.
· Complete all reporting rapidly and accurately, maintaining project and customer database, records up to date with all relevant details and monitoring of project development.
· Should be a confident decision maker, effective communicator, presenter, possess strong negotiation skills and have the ability to see issues from customers’ perspective.
· Work alongside the internal sales support and provide onsite support for larger projects The role is a field-based role with extensive travel within the agreed province.
· Assist with the closure of sales to achieve quotas and generating leads and prospects for current and future products/services provided.
· Responsibilities of the Sheetmetal Sales Representative
· Design and implement a strategic marketing plan that expands company’s customer base.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
· “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations)
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
· Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
· Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
· Maintain and expand client database within the greater Houston area.
Important Requirements:
Experienced in the selling of metal products in stainless steel, aluminum and steel.

· Payment Follow-up & collection of cheques.
· Must know about local construction and interior decoration companies, consultants and clients.
