Babyshop Concept Hiring for Retail Executive Job at Dubai Full Time

Act as SPOC for stores for all RFID related tasks/ actions/ issues

Monitor store compliance for weekly CC & RC activities and Merge & Confirm by 10AM

Ensure inventory accuracy is improved and maintained over and above 95%.

Publish weekly summary reports to leadership team with key highlights

Work closely with IT and RFID partners and provide feedbacks time to time.

Support & resolve source tagging issues /concerns

Work with buying admin for enabling RFID for new SKUs

Communicate all territories SPOC about Downtime, Maintenance from IT and service provider.

Manage user / role creation/changes for RFID roles, RSM & RSO

Setup & onboard new stores and make stores ready for RFID activities in RMS/SIM/HALO

Participate in meetings with stakeholders like IT/service providers and work towards closing open issues on timely basis.

Encourage & motivate teams by sharing best practices

Help teams with refresher trainings, understanding new enhancements and use for benefit of the business.

Closely work with territory SPOC and have weekly calls.

OSA

Ensure OSA audit schedule is followed every Wednesday each store in the business.

User setup for Associates/ In-charges/Store brand manager on the Sahla App.

Monitor & Manage user level training for store team on OSA solution – Training session for SPOCs.

Review opportunities for unavailable products and ensure availability improved

Monitor and work to maintain availability @96%

Publish audit results report every Wed with key highlights and improvement plan

Work closely with Terr Merchandising team/ Buying /Planning on product list

Maintain Inventory accuracy wherever necessary for appropriate replenishments

Liaise with Territory leadership team on monthly / Quarterly plans

Launch in New stores with appropriate setup

Support/ troubleshoot territories/ stores and enable to conduct OSA activity successfully.
