We are working on behalf of an impressive, well-established Global recruitment firm specialising within the gas, oil and renewable energy sector.

Our clients Dubai office are looking to hire an Operations Manager who will manage and support a team of 4-5 recruiters, concentrating on contract roles in the Middle East.

• The Role:
  Within this role you will work closely with Senior colleagues to drive future growth and profitability within the business
• To interact closely with Colleagues and Stakeholders making sure our client stays ahead of the market as technology changes and evolves
• You will manage around 2000 contractors, and lease with existing and new clients to develop business and maintain relationships
• To upskill and develop your team across the Middle East
• Due to our clients established successes, they have their own Visa capabilities making doing business in the Middle East a smoother process

• About You:
  Already based in the Middle East or looking to relocate ASAP
• English speaking essential – Arabic is an advantage
• Experience within the Gas/ Oil/ Energy sector essential
• Minimum of 3 years Management/ Business Development in Recruitment
• Flexibility to travel as part of the role
• A forward-thinking individual who can positively influence others
• This is a Lead role, so a background and track record of managing a team or business is vital, as is having a strategic mindset and commercial acumen with experience of running a P&L
