Overview
We recognize the value that our Customer Care team brings to the company. As the face of the company to most customers, the Customer Service team gets the opportunity to build a strong customer experience and lasting relationships with our customers. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering a world class customer experience to our global client base. Every day you will work to gain a deeper understanding of our products and services and walk our customers through any issues they might be having.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve product or service problems that customers are experiencing
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Meet individual metrics for case volume, availability, and customer satisfaction
- Work effectively across a variety of communication channels: phone, email, live chat, etc.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Collect and analyze feedback after completing customer inquiries
- Work collaboratively with teammates to solve customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Report customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to prevent potential churn
- Relay universal product flaws and failures to engineering and product development teams
Qualifications
- You can explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Emotional intelligence and am empathetic propensity to read between the lines and understand what the customer is saying, and what they mean
- Comfortable managing several competing tasks and issues in a fast-paces environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and superior time management skills
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Patience and the ability to remain calm while adapting to a variety of situations
- Positive energy!

- Problem solver and results-driven
- Prior experience working for a start-up, or a similar environment is highly preferred
