Admin

• Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents.
• Filing and archiving relevant documentation.
• Prepare Cv, Documentation and processing and manage the case.
• Ensures all paperwork including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately.
• Meeting clients for submission of documents, assisting them with the immigration process, procedures, and documentation.
• Handling client’s queries through email and calls and walk-ins and assisting them.
• Ensure continuous follow-up and address all the client’s concerns.
• Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
• Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage.
• Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents.
• Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
• Maintaining the security of confidential documents.

Assistant Accountant

• Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information.
• Ensuring that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
• Aligning general ledger accounting practices to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Entering financial data such as accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and interdepartmental entries into the ledger on a monthly basis, as well as preparing reports.
• Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.
• Reconciling accounts with the general ledger.
• Gathering supporting documentation and performing recordkeeping.
• Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.

Job Requirement

• 1 year experience in Accounts and document management.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration/ accounting.
• Hands on experience with accounting software (tally)
• Knowledge about work permits and immigration is added advantage.
• Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
• An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail-focused document organizing abilities.
• Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
• Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Immediate joiner.
• Languages: English, Hindi , Punjabi

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Accounts Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
