Weare expanding globally and to support our exponential growth, we’re looking for a Distribution Specialist. We are looking for someone passionate about crafting tangible, usable business insights from multiple sources of data; who thrives in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment, and would like to join a hyper-growth startup to tackle complex growth and operational challenges.

Your objectives are:

As a Distribution Specialist, you will be part of our Global Sales & Revenue team focusing on growing top-line revenue, meeting and exceeding revenue targets through maximizing, optimizing current sales channels and establishing new channels.

At Stella Stays, you will:

• New channels development: Research and establish new sales channels/listing sites, monitoring performance, build and improve internal processes related to the new sales channel.

• Corporate Sales: Leverage your experience and network to identify and capture corporate travel accounts in key cities, build a base of interest amongst relevant global mobility managers, ensuring the pipeline of prospect accounts for key cities is growing.

• Current channels management & Optimization:

• Represent Stella Stays, build and maintain strong relationships with key personnels in existing sales channels

• Troubleshoot rate and availability competitiveness on OTA platforms to increase platform conversion

• Upload the Stella Stays properties in the relevant listing sites/channels using the data from our internal database

• Maintain the content of the properties’ listings/advertisements in order to make sure that all the data are always up to date

• Be responsible for simultaneous multiple sales tasks in different channels for different cities

• Ensure listing availability across all platforms

• Establish consistency by reviewing and performing day to day management of listing health and quality

• Surface and provide suggestions for upcoming promotional and program opportunities to optimize on revenue through channel partnerships

• Research to identify properties that are not optimized on core funnel metrics such as rank, page views, and overall conversion on OTA platforms

• Partner with stakeholders across our City Operations, Finance, Revenue Management, Guest Experience, and Product teams to meet and exceed revenue targets

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of successfully managing sales channels, nurturing existing clients & new clients, in a high-growth environment.

• Ability and passion for building something new in a growing organization; proven success in building a ‘sales playbook’ from the ground up.

• Proven success in driving revenue through proactively targeting, negotiating with, and securing new productive partnerships and business.

• Thorough understanding of corporate services sales process.

• Ability to manage several projects concurrently and effectively collaborate cross-functionally with different teams

• Organization and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively

• Exceptional people skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company

• Experience in Google Suite (Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Excel)
