We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Trainer with a fresh outlook to join our company, who will be responsible to develop, plan, and deliver training and expertise in ways that motivate and enhance participant skill sets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, corporate training sessions, soft skills training etc.

• To deliver consistently excellent Soft Skills and HR training sessions to the participants .

• Should have the ability to design effective training programs and study materials.

• Provide high-quality exam preparation instruction to the participants.

• Design, develop, and maintain test preparation materials.

• Administering and scoring practice tests and providing feedback to the students.

• Preparing classroom and coursework materials and assignments.

• Knowledgeable in adult learning methodologies & delivering Training to a range of classes and age groups.

• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Trainer of minimum 2 years

• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools

• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching

• Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset

• Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills

• Organizational and time management abilities

• Critical thinking and decision making

• International Certification (in HR) is a plus
