As part of the Marketing and Sales Renewal program, we are now looking for a passionate
Senior Deployment Manager, Marketing & Sales Renewal
to lead the deployment of the Marketing and Sales Renewal program in the United Arab Emirates.
In this role, you will be responsible for deploying enterprise level marketing and sales capabilities in the UAE while looking for quick win, iterative steps to take us closer to the target state. You will act as the product owner and project manager for the overall deployment of Marketing and Sales Renewal deliverables in the UAE. As a member of the global team, sitting in the local market you will actively collaborate and connect the global program and the needs in the UAE market.
As Senior Deployment Manager, you get to:
- Lead and provide hands-on deployment support to all Marketing and Sales Renewal deliverables in the United Arab Emirates (e.g. data quality improvements, customer data platform, public website renewal, etc.)
- Identify and deploy quick wins that drive business value while bringing us closer to the target state in marketing and sales
- Represent the global program in UAE forums and the UAE market in the global forums proactively collaborating and making relevant connections
- Document the UAE requirements and actively engage and align with a wide range of local and global stakeholders including IT, Data Management, Marketing, Sales, etc. to meet those requirements
- Plan and develop a high-quality deployment plan, ensuring targets and timeline are met
- Follow up the progress of the deliverables and ensure that both the MSR program and wider teams are aware of the progress – celebrating and escalating as appropriate
Due to Marketing & Sales Renewal -program setup, this is a fixed-term role until the end of 2024.
The preferred location of the role is Dubai, UAE.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we hope you will be data minded and analytical person who understands and enjoys the IT / technology aspect of marketing, sales and customers interactions. You have experience deploying enterprise level technology with domain knowledge in marketing and sales (e.g. customer data platform, content management platform, marketing automation, customer relationship management platform, etc.), ideally in a B2B context. In parallel to driving long term deliverables, you actively identify and implement tactical quick wins that drive business results. You are equipped with strong coordination and communication skills and will proactively connect the global and local teams.
We hope you will have an agile mindset as well as willingness and capability acting as a change leader for the potential of the target state while also enabling delivery of quick wins that are aligned with the strategy. Furthermore, we hope you will have a strong can-do-attitude and a practical mindset, always focusing on the customer experience while working collaboratively as a team player across the organization.
Skills, education & experience we`re looking for:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience (see above)
- Previous involvement in data and/or technology deployments in a global organization, ideally in a B2B environment
- Technical domain knowledge in marketing and/or sales is required
- Digital marketing and B2B sales experience is an asset
- Working knowledge in data management and analytics
- Demonstratable evidence of successful project management with strong planning, organization, and facilitation skills
- Agile and/or design thinking knowledge and experience
- Ability to run things independently and proactively, sometimes in ambiguous situations
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
