Diehl Aviation Middle East – Inventory Controller
What you can achieve with us:
Ensure no discrepancies between Kit delivery and customer income inspection.
Place orders on damaged or missing parts which includes into the Kits.
Inspect the levels of material to identify shortages in order to meet our customer needs.
Ensure product stock is adequate from all distribution sides and can cover customers direct demand.
Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
Use SAP to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.
Analyse data to anticipate future needs.
Identify and report findings / provide weekly detailed reports.
Collaborate with our customer material support to ensure business goals are met.
Report to management on stock levels, escalation, etc.
Your contribution to our team:
Proven experience as inventory controller or similar position
Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Working knowledge of inventory management ERP software (e.g. SAP)
Advanced Skills in MS Office (e.g. Excel)
Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Work with relevant interfaces within the organization
Good communication and interpersonal abilities (German and/or Arabic speaking is an advantage)
Must possess a legal work permit in the United Arab Emirates
