- Preparation of budgets and coordination of events for internal clients.
- Coordination with suppliers and preparation of payment requirements.
- Registration and control of logistics and operational resources in the area.
- Booking calendar management.
- Preparation for events and meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Technical or university professional of the career of Administration, Hospitality or other related careers.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 6 months experience in customer service, administrative tasks and event organization.
- Desirable experience in ERP management.
