Operation Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene standards and monitor regularly through audit and quality checks as per operational requirements
- Work within operational procedures to ensure food and beverage preparation process remain within company and municipality guidelines
- Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers, issue receipts against purchases and reconcile receipts with sales figures
- Prepare beverages in accordance with set standards and recipes
- Complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items including Coffee
- Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the
customer ‘s expectations. - Take and process customer ‘s orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Follow sequence of service standards as per brand guidelines
- Ensure food/beverage quality and consistency is delivered at all times as per brand guidelines and
company standards - Maintain optimum stock levels to ensure smooth running of operations to cater for customer
demand

- Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work
- Apply and follow MAF Retail’s Human Capital and corporate policies, relevant procedures and instructions

Minimum Qualifications/Education
- High school Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
Minimum experience
- 0-2 years operational experience in relevant role in F&B
Skills
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
- Adapt in a multicultural environment
- Excellent listening abilities
- High attention to detail
- English (Full professional proficiency – Required); Arabic is preferable
