Hello Chef Hiring for HR Generalist Job at Dubai Full Time

Reporting to the HR Manager, we’re currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Generalist responsible for executing the day-to-day HR operations along the whole employee lifecycle from hiring, onboarding, development, and compensation.

Accountabilities, Goals, and Outcomes

• Decrease the average time to hire from 10 to 8 weeks
• Achieve candidate experience NPS in 60% by 2023
• Ensure 100% adherence to the Onboarding and Off-boarding Process

What You’ll Do

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers.

• Coordinate smooth employee onboarding processes and relocations (if any) with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional experience.

• Ensure all the employees are paid accurately and timely on a monthly basis.

• Provide effective and dedicated HR advice and support to employees in relation to all employee-relations matters and inquiries.
• Strengthen Hello Chef employer brand communications and engagement initiatives on different channels.
• Provide day-to-day support with cultural initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects to help us grow and scale.
• Handle other general all administrative tasks as needed for off-boarding, and auditing for accuracy and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within food manufacturing/production, e-Commerce, or start-up/scale-up environment
• Payroll process experience is a plus
• An excellent communicator, with the ability to take initiative, influence people, and build trust
• Strong customer focus and service-oriented
• Detail oriented with strong prioritisation experience
• University Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, business, or equivalent
• Native/bilingual English proficiency (verbal and written)
