EMS Ambulance B.V. in The Netherlands is looking for a Sales Relationship Manager for its Dubai Office.

EMS Ambulance B.V. is specialized in worldwide medical repatriation. We transport patients by air ambulance and we also accompany patients on commercial flights. It goes without saying that we provide in addition a road ambulance service if necessary.

To guide and advise clients in their request for help and to prepare for a medical repatriation we are looking for an all-round Operations Associate for our Dubai Office.

Job Duties

– Day-to-day front office activities, such as answering telephone, email, chat and managing other communication channels.
– Preparing quotations, letters, transports and liaising with our own teams of doctors and nurses, as well as with clients and/or relatives of clients, and with hospitals or institutions involved.
– Communication of client needs and demands to EMS HQ in The Netherlands
– Coordinating with colleagues working on the various files to ensure consistent service
– Setting guidelines and objectives in cooperation with EMS HQ in The Netherlands
– You will be working in shifts

Qualifications and Evaluations

Experience:
A minimum of 3 years as an Operations member / Sales representative in the UAE or equivalent experience

– Computer skills: Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PP etc.)

Language: Must be fluent in American (spoken & written)

Educational Requirements: Minimum BA / BS Degree
