Reporting to the Office & HR Director of Middle East and India markets, this role is an opportunity for a talent willing to develop herself / himself on this field within a very dynamic environment.
In this role and in this team, the C&B executive will be exposed to a high diversity of profiles and realities including retail, office, various locations.
Main missions :
- Produce analysis and data crunching to support various Remuneration projects
- Ensure, in coordination with the HR Administration & payroll executive, the quality of the data in our database (Workday)
- Suggest improvements on tools and files we are using
- Coordinate salary and benefits surveys across the region to assess continuously the competitiveness of our organization
- Support the HR managers punctually on providing contracts and offer letters
Profile :
- Graduated from Master’s degree in HR, Finance or equivalent
- Strong affinity with datas, numbers and analysis
- Analytical Mindset
- Very good mastering of Excel
- Capacity to work in an international environment
- Fluent in English
- Curiosity and learning mindset
