London Business School Hiring for Senior Programme Manager, EMBA – Dubai Campus Job at Dubai Full Time

London Business School are looking for a Senior Programme Manager to join our Dubai campus to lead as part of the Senior Management team in the delivery of the EMBA Dubai Programme.

This role is accountable for creating a highly professional and effective learning and support environment to result in high levels of student satisfaction. The SPM will ensure the highest possible standards of delivery and support of the team – including management of the team to deliver their elements of the programmes, planning, scheduling, budgeting and regulatory elements of the programmes and strategic oversight of the skills portfolio. It will require high levels of team and people development skills, wide stakeholder management and high levels of attention to detail

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the oversight of Operational delivery of the EMBA Dubai Programme for 160-180 throughout their lifecycle as a student.
• Act as Stream Manager for the Dubai January stream
• Oversee and manage Programme owned electives delivered out of Dubai Campus.
• Support Dubai Campus Regulatory requirements with new accreditation approval and campus services
• EMBA Dubai Senior Programme Manager will line manage a Programme Manager and Programme Administrator.

Who we are looking for

• Knowledge and awareness of working with Executive students in the Middle East
• Communication skills, dynamic and team player due to the size of the team
• Managing and developing a team
• Team player, AND experience working with Senior executives in a global context either in Executive education training or degree programmes.
