Our client is a well-established retailer with outlets across Dubai and as part of their growth we are recruiting a UAE experienced sales coordinator to join their Dubai office.
The role is responsible for preparing RFQs, sales quotations and order processing to meet dispatch deadlines.
Candidates must have UAE experience as a sales coordinator in the consumer goods retail, wholesale or trading industry.
Role Summary
Prepare sales quotes for new business and add-on transactions.
Serve as the first line of contact with the customer to action order changes, cancellations, expedites and resolve order discrepancies, chargebacks, and payment issues.
Initiate and process requests for credits, debits and returns.
Respond to new business leads and call existing customer for repeat business.
Contact customers for promotions and opportunities to up sell and cross sell.
Maintain CRM data integrity.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
3+ years’ experience in retail or consumer goods retail, wholesale or trading experience.
Strong experience in sales support, customer service and order processing with a sense of urgency, accuracy and strong customer focus.
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel with strong experience in V look up and reviewing product SKUs.
Ability to prioritize to meet business needs; flexible to support sales cycles and volume demands.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the UAE – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluency in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as this is a client facing role.
