JUNIOR CATEGORY MANGER – Edible Oil/Frozen Foods

*Responsibilities

• Executes program metric alignment and measurement.

• Provides input in monthly analytics of syndicated resources and internal performance metrics

• Guide’s agency partners in event marketing initiatives and execution

• Execute marketing plans including consumer promotions, advertising, shopper marketing, PR, digital and events

• Assist marketing team with the development and tracking of pricing and retail promotional strategies.

• Assist with P&L management and reconciliation.

• Participate in new product and packaging projects and new product pipeline development.

*Skills and Competencies

• Strong teamwork, problem solving and presentation skills

• Advanced PC skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP, statistical software desired

• Excellent written and verbal communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills

• Strong project planning and management skills

• Highly motivated individual with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

• 3-5 years of experience in category management, marketing, and sales knowledge in FMCG
