1. Responsible for the daily management of the Amazon, Noon, Carrefour platform account, including product listing, maintenance and optimization of the listing page, to ensure account security;
2. Familiar with Amazon, Noon, Carrefour platform rules and use promotion way, analyze the products and marketing way of competing merchants, and formulate and adjust product sales policies in a timely manner according to product sales and ranking changes, and do a good job of statistical analysis of data;
3. Served as Amazon and Noon, Carrefour platform customer service, responsible for timely processing and replying to customers’ pre-sales and after-sales mail;
4. Handle customer complaints and negative reviews, and properly handle customer returns and refunds;
5. Assist FBA and FBN shipment production and arrangement.
