Maldives Resort Hiring for Resort Manager Job at Dubai Full Time

A property in Maldives is currently looking for a Resort Manager.

As Resort Manager you will oversee all operational, quality and guest related aspects of the running of the resort; supervise and organise all resort staff and ensure that the high standards that the company expects are maintained whilst exceeding any service and sales targets set by senior management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining lodgings, ordering supplies, ensuring high-quality hospitality services, organizing events, and making sure all needs are covered.
• Ensure positive customer experiences by maintaining high-quality facilities and remedying problems.
• Conduct room, kitchen, and grounds inspections to make sure that they are all up to code.
• Work closely with the various departments in the planning, scheduling, and execution of events, maintaining communication with other necessary departments at all times regarding resort activities.

• Candidates must have relevant resort experience and willing to relocate in Maldives.
