Senior Manager – Finance with experience in the Packaging Manufacturing or related industries.

I’m currently assisting a packaging manufacturing company focused in the manufacturing and distribution of plastic packaging products with their search for a Senior Manager – Finance.
Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager, working in a well – established team.
This role holds responsibility for overseeing the preparation of monthly management accounts, business plans, company forecasts and ensuring compliance of all regulations according to the organisations’ reporting standards and contributing to continuous proactive optimisation of the company’s overall strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include, Leading the development of financial policies and procedures and ensure implementation of departmental policies, systems / procedures and developing the Finance strategy, ensuring that it is in line with Precision’s overall strategic direction.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this position, candidates must be qualified finance professionals holding certificates in CIA, CPA, ACA, MBA etc. with a degree in Accounting and Finance Related subjects.
Candidate must haves:
- Experience at managerial level
– 10 – 15 years’ experience in a similar role / industry
- Hands-on experience in short & long-term funding management, internal audits / controls
- Experience with Oracle ERP system
