ESM is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated candidate for the position of Project Manager to join our dynamic and friendly team who is poised for exponential growth.

You will be joining our ESMsolutions (software development) team helping to manage the development of new software systems across our organisation.

We are looking for passionate, versatile, and curious candidate with Project Management experience to work with us on improvement and innovation projects to support the growth of our Middle East network. We want to give our own team and external customers the best experience possible.

Job Purpose:

Management and delivery of projects on time, within budget and to specification, working with teams both internal and external to the organisation.

Term: Full time, 2-year contract, which is renewable.

Package: In the region of AED 18,000 including all allowances

Key Objectives of the Job:

Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

• End to end project management of internal software development.
• Project management of software development being tailored for external clients.
• Internal operations project management.
• Establishing effective project management methodologies and ensuring their execution
• Conducting pre-project requirement gathering, analysis and documenting it for the project team members involved in the development/execution
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meeting with project team members to identify any show stoppers and come up with an effective resolution
• Facilitating any change requests to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the impact on schedule/budget
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. Obtaining end-user/client acceptance of project deliverables. Managing end-user/client satisfaction within project transition period.
• Developing user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the end-users/clients
• Identifying, developing and securing any new project opportunities with external clients
• Performing a post project evaluation and analyse the successful and unsuccessful elements throughout the project development lifecycle.

Desired qualifications or experience:

• Minimum 3 years project management experience, with proven results
• Must have had some experience of working with software projects
• PMP/Prince II or other project management qualification
• Background in IT to support with IT hardware
