Our Company is currently in need of a dynamic individual who will be responsible for the management of the Company’s marketing aspects including strategic marketing, corporate communication, market development, PR, social media, digital marketing, branding, marketing events and campaigns by performing the key responsibilities but will not be limited to the following:
– Develop and execute marketing programs to achieve company objectives on revenue, profitability, and market share for Chestertons’ Global New Homes and Dubai New Homes Department.
– Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support international sales and marketing programs.
– Review and analyse current marketing material and channels and introduce new concepts, in order to build the Chestertons’ Global Franchising and New Homes business.
– Communicate with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
– Plan and conduct market research to identify opportunities for increased sales.
– Provide post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs.
– Maintain customer database and approves the use of internal and external mailing lists.
– Help establish and maintain consistent corporate image across all channels.
– Manage the Chestertons’ Global Franchising and New Homes marketing department budget.
– Develop ideas and opportunities for feature articles, interviews, presentations, and other public relations activities that promote awareness of the company.
– Write clear and persuasive copy for media, websites, brochures, and other means of promotion or advertising.
– Research competitors and keep abreast of market trends.
– Coordination with all departments and offices with regard to obtaining material and feedback for all advertising material.
– Coordinate trade show exhibits and participate in trade shows when necessary.
