The Transaction Banking ServicesTBS unit provides a fullfeatured product suite covering Trade and Supply Chain Finance Cash Management and Payment Solutions which enables clients to optimize their working capital and also build efficiency and automation in their daytoday business operations
Brief Description:
TBS provides an integrated single window approach for all transactional requirements of its corporate clientele across various segments and sectors such as commercial government and financial institutions It aims at assisting them with innovative financing and payment solutions as well as offers the convenience of interacting with the bank away from traditional means
Detailed Description:
Lead team of sales advisors to achieve portfolio targets
Scope and drive new additional trade and cash management business opportunity along with the Coverage Relationship Manager for respective Business Group with an objective to drive trade utilization grow CASA books and generate additional revenue streams for the bank
Provide structuring and solutioning advisory for both local and crossborder deals of a complex and bespoke nature This includes working with coverage teams on structuring and execution Transaction Banking solutions for large corporates in the CIB space
To work with coverage team for Transaction Banking solutions by leading the deal team along with an endtoend deal workflow and process including engaging with various internalCoverage Credit Legal Compliance Operations IT Regional counterparts etc and external stakeholdersClient Insurance brokers Credit insurance Vendors etc to achieve successful deal conversion and outcomes
Conduct active coverage engagement to identify sector and client specific opportunities analyze data and identify white spacing and cross sell opportunities
Conduct periodic trainings and product familiarization for RM empowerment
Expertise and indepth knowledge of product structure offerings and risk considerations system capabilities and industry normsnuances
To ensure alignment of the Transaction Banking deal structures as per product guidelines and processes and the Banks regulatory compliance and operational risk policies

Desirable
12 years of banking industry experience with Transaction Banking experience for atleast 57 years Should have a good understanding of Transaction Banking products

Technical skills on transaction Banking
Work closely with Relationship team and other internal stakeholders
Essential is good personal organization presentation skills and time management
