The Company
Robert Half are exclusively working with a well-established international bank in the DIFC, and are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join their office. Reporting direct to the CFO, you will support Financial functions in DIFC.
The Role
- Working as a DIFC approved outsourced finance officer of category 4 bank in the DIFC
- Intensive experience and understanding of preparing financial statements
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE VAT law and VAT accounting
- Resilient knowledge and acquaintance in Variance analysis
- Excellent writing skills in preparing Financial and management accounting reports
- Preparation of departmental performance-based reports for the highest level of management
- Manage and review the completion of audit queries
The Candidate
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and GAAP) and accounting procedures
- Proven relevant experience supported by a relevant professional qualification (ACCA or ACA)
- Computer literacy, word processing and spread sheet skills are essential
- Strong accounting knowledge essential
Salary and Benefits
20,000 AED a month, plus company benefits
