Job Description:

EMS Ambulance B.V is recruiting a dynamic individual to handle human resources and accounting responsibilities for its worldwide operations.

Based in Dubai, UAE, the Human Resources & Accounting associate works closely with our management and provides accurate financial records and employee development support.

Requirements:

• Two or more year’s proven experience in human resources & finance responsibilities.
• Prior accounting experience, performing accounts payable, payroll and general ledger duties. Working knowledge of automated accounting systems
• Conscientious, detail-oriented worker who is self-motivated;
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
• Interpersonal skills necessary in order to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the company, including Management & front-line associates
• Experience working with individuals across different geographies and cultures, as well as with cross-division efforts in a large company.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Accounting:

• Processes all accounts payable transactions including vender bills and credit card charges, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification;
• Performs accounts receivable duties by accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day’s transactions;
• Works with Operations Manager to prepare daily and weekly management reports. Prepares financial reports for management as needed;
• Processes payroll on a monthly basis. This includes maintaining employee records, processing vacation and PTO requests, calculation of hours and administering all garnishments and withholdings.
• Preparing work schedules/shifts for the Operations team

Human Resources:

• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work-related problems;
• Benefits administration –, conducts new hire and exit interviews, ensuring employees understand their benefit coverages. Responsible for employee verification & compliance with government regulations.
• Manage employee documentation such as Employee records/details and disciplinary communications; contracts & offer letters.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
• Assists in identifying staff vacancies and recruits, interviews and select applicants.

• A fixed salary of 5,000-7,000 AED (depending on your skillset and performance) monthly which will be reassessed after 3 months and can grow up
