What the job involves

Reporting to the Deputy CEO of the group, this role involves influencing at the most senior levels. Responsibility includes:

• Setting the strategy for the portfolio management team
• Identifying platform M&A and exit opportunities
• Representing the shareholder at board-level
• Providing strategic direction to portfolio companies
