A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Finance Business Partner to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and reporting the financial results of periodic operations including product and country revenues & profitability
- Performing financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and budgeting
- Demand planning & liaising with both customers and supply chain
- Participating in the operating budget process, assisting the monthly closing, forecast updates and budget consolidations
- Meeting business and corporate deadlines such as the monthly accounting close, reconciliations and budgeting cycles
- Monitoring monthly OPEX spend vs budget
- Reviewing customer AR balances and follow up on timely cash collection
- Playing a key role in the continued development of FP&A deliverables
- Ensuring integrity of internal financial controls in compliance with regulatory standards and company policy and procedures
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidates currently based and have experience in Dubai are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
- Maximum 3-5 years’ experience in Finance
- Must have Pharma experience
- Solid experience in finance business partnering and financial reporting
- Good budgeting, forecasting & analysis skills
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task & adhere to strict deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent English communication skills
