One of the region’s leading Flooring specialist and Interior Solution provider is looking to hire a Sales Consultant with minimum 5 years of experience into similar background.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.

• Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.

• Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.

• Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails, and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.

• Should be aware of costing, contract negotiations and technical know how about execution of jobs.

• Interfacing with designers, consultants, specifiers, contractors

• Ability to negotiate fairly

• Product knowledge, able to do quotations and having knowledge of cost of sales etc.

• Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Understand business relationships and how to develop healthy client relations

• Possess a determination to meet and exceed sales goals

• Ability to motivate and encourage other salespeople with enthusiasm

• Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products.

• Retain a record of accomplishment of success in closing sales and delivering quality product.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have experience in contract and should have hands on experience in handling large sized projects.

• Must possess excellent coordination skills inter-department and intra department, with estimation teams, installation, and logistics to ensure the project is delivered on time.

• Have a willingness to follow through to see that every customer receives their product and is satisfied with the outcome.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

• Flooring product knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
