YOUR MISSION

To work alongside the Business Development and Finance team, you will be responsible for consolidating, extracting, analyzing, and visualizing the multiple data sets available to drive informed and growth-conscious decision-making. You will drive growth by unlocking actionable learning across the portfolio and channels. This role will be the key to establishing solid relationships with our core stakeholders and driving business change through empowering a data-driven mindset across the business.

Your main responsibilities in this role include:

• Build the new reporting ecosystem in Oracle cloud/Power BI for all brands in the company.
• Develop the brand analysis reporting suite based on data.
• Own the database for Sellout, Sellin, Inventory, etc.
• Create financial reporting in Power BI with the value growth focus and key metrics.
• Produce monthly management reports, consolidate, and analyze financial figures and critical metrics, and concisely present them.
• Take part in the forecasting process by closely collaborating with various departments. Liaise and collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of overall financial reporting.
• Actively participate in ongoing projects and propose new relevant projects.
• Make ad hoc analyses and presentations for the management, helping in drawing conclusions and recommending actions directed by business needs.
• Develop promotion analysis for pre and post-evaluation of promo periods.
• Develop regular stock and sales velocity analysis at the store level.
• Develop a new KPIs tracking system

YOUR PROFILE

Education:

• Degree in Finance or Business required
• Data Analytics Certifications is a plus

Professional experience & know-how:

• Experience in Financial Analysis, or Business Analytics role
• Systems & data management experience in a finance/commercial environment
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to improve overall efficiency

Technical skills:

• Advanced Excel
• Database management and visualization (Oracle Cloud, SAP, Power BI, Tableau)

Personal & interpersonal skills:

• Good communication and relationship building
• Good problem-solving and planning skills
• A curious, creative, dynamic, and proactive personality, who’s autonomous and able to multitask while respecting deadlines
