eCommerce Manager EMEA Distribution (m/f/x)

The Key Account Manager is accountable for assigned B2B Online customers in EMEA, to develop eCom business and actively seek opportunities across the exciting Fossil Group range of products and brands like Fossil, Skagen, Emporio Armani, Michael Kors, Diesel and others.

Your impact:

• Ensure a sustainable and profitable growth of eCommerce business within the assigned region
• Manage and maximize existing collaborations with online-shops and marketplaces, while seeking out opportunities with potential new strategic partners
• Develop existing online-sales strategy further and assure that negotiated budgets and KPIs are met
• Maintain an accurate and detailed monthly forecast and be accountable for defined sales targets
• Give assortment guidance and highlight product opportunities to ensure the best product offers for e-commerce partners
• Utilize analytics tools to track performance across channels and activities, generate learnings and use them to maximize sales opportunities
• Hold regular account business reviews internally and with key accounts
• Support our distribution partners within the assigned region in development and implementation of digital strategies, by executing workshops and sharing best practices
• Build trustful customer relationships and lead customer meetings

Who you are:

• Minimum of 3 Years experience in managing key accounts, preferably with lifestyle/fashion online-shops or marketplaces
• Highly effective written and verbal communicator
• Fluent in English, German preferred but not a must
• Profound in Stakeholder Management
• Strong negotiator with proven experience and ideally formally trained
• Self-managed, well organized and proactive, with a high degree of self-motivation and adaptability to change
• Online-Marketing expertise
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge about relevant KPIs and analysis tools
