Position: Social Media Specialist

We are hiring an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our company under the Payment Department. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase the company’s online presence and improve the company’s marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage company social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Twitter, and etc.

• Define most important social media KPIs.

• Develop and promote campaigns using Youtube ads, Google Adword, Facebook ads, and etc.

• Manage and oversee social media contents and recommend campaign strategies.

• Measure the success of every social media campaign.

• Create content that encourages and increases engagement.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

• Manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment on short deadlines.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.

• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

• Provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant fields.

• Demonstrable creative social media experience.

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.

• Familiar with Google Ads Analytics is a plus.

• Outstanding knowledge with content scheduling and metric-tracking programs such as HootSuite or others.

• Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.

• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.

• Deep understanding of social media KPIs and digital marketing practices and platforms.

• Familiarity with web design and publishing.

• Excellent multitasking skills.

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

• Team player and good time-management skills

• Great interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
