• Conduct research to identify industry trends and market learning and development requirements
• Identify, interview and secure high level subject matter experts (SMEs) for relevant training programme delivery
• Design and develop learning experiences in collaboration with your identified SMEs
• Create and drive the strategy for marketing and sales

Key Performance Indicators

• Conduct phone and digital research for SMEs to develop an agenda and approach for comprehensive and enriching learning programme
• Develop creative briefs and formulate the strategy for our digital and direct marketing campaigns
• Take full ownership and responsibility for effective briefing, management and motivation of marketing, sales and operations teams
• Manage relationships with SMEs and utilise their expertise in boosting the attendee profile and maximising programme success
• Clear decision-making capability in relation to commercial viability and success of each learning programme
• Manage multiple learning programmes within a given production schedule and timeline

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Programme Development

• Conduct detailed research and develop overviews/agendas/ modules of identified training topics
• Conduct research to identify, interview and secure high level subject matter experts (SMEs) for relevant training programme delivery
• Generate new topic ideas for future events and develop ideas for profitable learning experiences

Marketing

• Work closely with the marketing department to ensure effective marketing of training events
• Monitor performance of marketing campaigns and suggest amendments or new ideas where necessary
• Market research to provide sales copy for all promotional literature including the training programme, website homepage and all digital promotional campaigns

Project Management

• Ensure profitability of events, create event budgets and monitor overall costs
• Onsite management: Ensure the smooth running of the event and liaise effectively with operations, SMEs and attendee delegates
• Network and develop contacts to improve the learning experience and meet ever-changing market demands

Educated to degree level or equivalent

Additional Information

Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Essential

• Significant experience in training or conference production, ideally within a B2B organisation
• High-level competency in writing strong sales-driven copy in English
• Experience of working in a deadline driven environment
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Telephone based research skills including ‘cold calling’
• Ability to work as a part of a close knit team
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• High-Level competency (English)
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Desirable

• Arabic
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Middle Eastern markets experience
• Familiarity of working with certifying / accreditation bodies and / or Universities
• Social media / digital campaign experience
