The hotel boasts 269 tastefully decorated rooms, each thoughtfully designed to reflect the hotels neighborhood story, the story of Dubai creek. Your day to day

In a nutshell, as Demi Chef de Partie, you will be responsible to assist the Chef de Partie to prepare and make the required food as per the recipe standards, to demonstrate and help to maintain the high level of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests. You will ensure that all operational requirements are identified and will be working along with kitchen helpers including commis chefs, cooks, kitchen attendants and stewards. In addition, you will communicate to your Sous Chef any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information and will have to attend & participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.

We are now seeking an experienced and lively Demi Chef de Partie to join our team. This person will be responsible for the production of the kitchen in this vibrantly designed lifestyle hotel located in a key location in Dubai.

You’ll report to the Sous Chef, and you’ll play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.

The right fit for this role is someone who has solid hotel background with an energetic and fun personality. He/She should be passionate about people and hospitality. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. If you are this person, we’d like to meet you.

Ideally, you should have the following:

• Similar experience in international hotels

• A good level of spoken English

• Notable skills & experience in international cuisine, Italian & Mediterranean cuisines

• The Ability to work in a team as well as individually

• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced environment

• Enthusiasm and commitment to the job
