Job Responsibilities:
– Source construction opportunities for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Civil Construction.
– Bid-Bag-Execute-Handover Civil Constructions within the agreed timeline and monetary budgets.
– Thorough in Bidding Process including Assessing Quantities (BOQ) and generating valid competitive Estimates.
– Once awarded, execute professionally with Planning, Headcount deployment and Handover on time.

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
– 5 – 8 years of UAE experience in Civil Constructions is a MUST.
– Knowledge of current opportunities within Residential, Commercial, or Industrial Construction (vital) in UAE.
– Native Arab candidates required; Egyptians preferred.
– Must have a UAE Driving License.
