Job Description:

As an Internal Mobility Associate, you will work closely with the Internal Mobility Manager to drive and deliver Parsons’ exciting and ambitious Redeployment and Internal Mobiltiy agenda. This will be an operational role focused on administrative excellence and employee outreach, and will be embedded within the wider MEA Recruiting Function.

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

Leading and executing all adminstrative duties to faciliate the redeployment of employees across Parsons’ MEA operations.

Ensuring the data integrity of internal job applications and internal mobility talent pools.

Driving awareness of internal career opportunities by supporting employee outreach activities and internal recruitment marketing

Liaising with employees and provding guidance on internal career opportunities across the MEA region.

Providing assistance to the Internal Mobility Manager with all redeployment and Internal Mobility activities.

Required Experience:

3+ years of professional work experience in an administrative or HR role; applicants with exposure to internal mobility and/or recruiting will be given preference

Excellent organizational skills with a strong track record of success in an administrative capacity

Fully conversant with MS Office Suite (any exposure to recruitment ATS will be advantageous)

A self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Ability to engage with cross-functional internal stakeholders
