DESCRIPTION
We are looking for (Temp.) intern to support our MENA sales team with the administrative responsibilities.
The ideal intern will gain hands-on experience with guidance from our sales and operations team members.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers letters preparation
Logging and monitoring of complaints
Backlog report creation
Compiling reports
Proactively follow-up on pending requests coordinating with MENA sales team.
Act as centric admin support function, checking orders and other documents accuracy
Maintaining up to date database
Supporting the sales department by other administrative tasks as required
Relationships:
Reporting line: Regional Sales Manager – East, West & North Africa.
Dotted line to Sales Operations Manager
MEA Sales Team
Channel Partners or External Customers
Requirements
Languages: English – French and Arabic would be plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Intermediate skills would be an advantage)
Applicants with UAE valid residency visa (under husband or father’s visa)
