The role

We are looking for a talented individual who brings with them not only experience, but the drive to succeed. A natural self-starter who is comfortable managing their workload autonomously and committed to working in a collaborative team environment

• Hours will be 9am – 6pm

Key responsibilities include:

• Front Desk handling
• Data Entry
• Roster Management
• Document management
• Database maintenance and management
• Transferring of documents among staff
• Handling Office visitors
• Answering and directing phone calls

Skills and Experience required:

• Excellent computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Good phone manner
• Excellent team player
