Supervise business development activities to achieve higher sales, profitability and customer satisfaction metrics, In addition the position is responsible for uplifting the company capabilities in strategic management, Business planning & budgeting process as well as market analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Full analysis of market, products, competition to ensure achieving targets and achieving growth.
- Provide innovative ideas and approaches to product development, market development.
- Accountable for achievement of Sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets by providing proper input and advice to sales department to ensure full market insight and development approaches are taking place regularly to beat competition.
- Analyze CRM systems, Customer Database and ensure all customer data is updated fully and all customers are communicated with.
- Coordinate Marketing campaigns with the marketing department to be in line with the competition studies and market studies.
- Implement Business Planning cycle and monitor the timely implementation of all Business Planning procedures and ensure all AK Standards are incorporated in the business plan and all paperwork is received timely and as per the approved formats:

- Evaluation
- Approval
- Participate in adopting and implementing strategic and business planning models and tools (PEST, SWOT, 5-Force Analysis) in line with the company adopted models and strategies.
- Ensure Corporate / BU’s strategic alignment through developing and implementing strategic initiatives tracking programs to ensure alignment of the organizational goals and business results.
- Participate in business development initiative for current and/or new ventures. This includes preparing market and feasibility studies and business plans for the development initiative.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
