Our client is one of the most valuable Real Estate and development companies in Dubai looking to hire a HR Manager.

Requirement:

• Looking for 5-7 yrs of total experience in HR in which 2-3 yrs of experience should be in UAE.
• Experience in Human resource strategy Set up.
• Good Experience in handling the organization chart, Recruitment and selection plan.
• Experience in Compensation and reward Set performance management and evaluation methods.
• Retention of key employees.
• Handling HR Admin, HR legal issues & employee onboarding & exit.
• Good Communication skills in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources.
• HR specialization certificates would be an asset.
• Required Software Knowledge: MS-Office and HR software
